I love to hate
I think many of us have a love / hate relationship with technology. We love it because it makes life easier, but we hate the complexity of learning new technologies can and are easily frustrated. Technology can be frustrating, but it's waaay easier to solve when you can ask questions and experiment.
Pilots are a great opportunity to experiment with new technologies and test before committing to anything.
